Meeting Information
Parks and Recreation Commission Agenda staff reports are available on the Town's website (www.townofwindsor.ca.gov). If an Agenda item has not been highlighted, no written report is available. (Please note that some of these reports may be large documents requiring a long loading time.) The agenda and staff reports will be available for public review at the Civic Center, 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act: If you need special assistance to attend or participate in a Parks and Recreation Commission meeting, please contact the Recording Secretary at dalcala@townofwindsor.ca.gov. Notification at least 48 hours prior to the meeting will assist Town staff in ensuring reasonable accommodations are made to provide accessibility to the meeting.

If a technical issue arises with Zoom video or the listening phone dial-in option, the Parks and Recreation Commission meeting will continue unless a Commissioner is participating remotely pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449.
Providing Public Comment During the Meeting
Members of the public who wish to address the Commission, by providing public comment, during the meeting must do so in-person in the Civic Center Council Chambers at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor, where the meeting is being publicly held. As an alternative, members of the public may also provide written public comment submitted via email to: dalcala@townofwindsor.ca.gov, please submit them via email to the Recording Secretary by 9:00 a.m., on the day of the meeting. If a Commissioner is participating remotely pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449, members of the public will be allowed to provide public comment through Zoom.

Members of the public wishing to address the Commission on any item not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Commission is not allowed to consider issues or take action on any item not listed on the agenda during this period. Each Public Comment is normally restricted to three (3) minutes in length.

9.2 2025 Summer Nights on the Green Summary Report
Receive a summary report of the 2025 Summer Nights on the Green; and by motion, appoint a Commissioner to the band selection committee to serve a four-year term and provide staff direction regarding recommendations for the 2026 Summer Nights on the Green concert and movie series.
